What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

I bring a holistic approach to treating spinal and pelvic conditions that create pain and dysfunction including the peripheral joints. I used finely tuned adjustments to make big changes in spinal function.

What conditions do you love to treat?

All parts of the spine and pelvis. Lower back pain, sacroiliac joint issues, thoracic spine, cervical spine (neck), headaches, post-operative backs and necks and peripheral pain that has a root cause in the spine. I also see a lot of pregnant and postpartum women for a wide range of conditions (nothing internal).

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

I enjoy cycling, Barre classes and I also love to cook.

My personal motto

Persevere for what you really want.

Who is someone you admire and why?

My clinical mentor in South Africa. She introduced me to a different way of doing therapy and broadened my horizons clinically. It expanded my thinking of how to manage different conditions and made me the therapist I am today.

My most outstanding achievement:

Bringing up my two daughters to be kind and thoughtful people.

What would you cook if I came round for dinner?

A slow-roasted lamb that falls off the bone with salads, homemade hummus and pita bread.

Favourite Holiday Destination?

Finland to see the northern lights.
