Over 20 years of experience in the management of acute and chronic injuries

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

I am happiest post-exercise, drinking coffee and spending time with my family.

What would be your personal motto?

My personal motto is “ keep trying your best”

Who is Someone You Admire?

I admire my Mum, she was a very patient, empathetic and caring person.  She always had a smile and friendly nature no matter how she was feeling, her morals were of a high standard which I always try to remember and match.

My most outstanding achievement:

Reaching Level 10 and training at the National level in Gymnastics & qualifying for Hawaii Ironman world championships three times

What Would You Cook If I was to Go Around for Dinner?

A nice quality piece of salmon or steak with a wholesome fresh salad and fresh bread

Favourite Holiday Destination?

France and Italy. I love the culture, the food, the quaint villages, lifestyles and beautiful coastlines
