Our therapists are all trained to conduct an assessment using the Ottawa Knee Rules to determine if the injury requires an X-ray. If it does, we can arrange transportation to the nearest hospital or medical facility if required. We also have a network of doctors and physios around the world whom we can coordinate with the ensure seamless care.
We make a big difference in people’s long-term outcomes by directing them on the correct path. We have pioneered an ACL healing protocol, ‘The Tan ACL healing protocol’ which is showing ACL healing rates of over 80% in selected appropriate patients. Also known as ‘runner’s knee’ this injury often affects skiers and snowboarders and presents as disperse knee pain, that can build through the day. Meniscus Tears

The meniscus is a shock-absorbing cup that sits on the top of the tibia and is commonly injured by twisting during a fall or landing. These injuries respond very well to correct bracing, as they stabilize the knee and reduce the micromovements than can cause reaggravation and pain.
