Having experienced working with Physios to Chiropractors, our Stretch Therapist Sean at Singapore Physio Elite Therapy Clinic play an integral role in overall rehabilitation to educate our clients on how to maximize long-term health benefits by incorporating stretch and strengthening into his/her recovery plan. Sean’s personal beliefs, to be mobile, flexible and more explosive in your training, recovery and training must must work cohesively. This is a way for clients to improve movement, manage pain, and prevent or recover from injuries, chronic ailments, or other physical conditions.
