Chris is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience. He has worked in New Zealand, London, for 12 years in Hong Kong, and Singapore since 2023.
A keen former rugby player, Chris is a diehard New Zealand Warriors rugby league fan, who also loves the NZ cricket team (The Black Caps) and, of course, the All Blacks. These days, he stays fit through running, strength training, and the occasional Hyrox race — all while juggling life as a proud dad of three daughters and new dog-dad to Max.
Chris specialises in sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. His approach blends hands-on therapy, dry needling, and exercise-based rehab, building mobility and strength as the foundation for recovery and prevention.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Patience, humour, and the ability to make rehab feel less like a chore and more like genuine progress.
Favourite Conditions to Treat
Sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, particularly ankle, knee, and shoulder surgeries — helping people return to the field, pavement, or office stronger than before.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
The Warriors are winning! Watching F1, playing golf, hanging out with Max, or acting as “Dad’s Taxi” for his daughters’ sports.
What would be your personal motto?
“Be good. If you can’t be good, be good at it.”
Who is someone you admire and why?
My wife, for somehow managing a demanding job with long hours while still coaching our daughters’ netball teams, throwing the ball around with the kids, helping with homework, and topping up my wine at the BBQ. She sets an incredible example by staying fit, organised and is endlessly supportive.
Your most outstanding achievement:
Finally beating my stepfather’s marathon record (on the third attempt!) at the Tokyo Marathon in 2023. Family dinners are much more enjoyable now.
