Emily specialises in pelvic health, and the management of chronic and complex pain. With extensive experience and a collaborative approach, she works closely with physiotherapists and healthcare practitioners to create highly individualised Pilates programs tailored to each client’s goals, medical history, and movement needs.

Her 1:1 sessions begin with a detailed assessment, ensuring every program supports recovery, builds strength and mobility, and promotes long-term confidence in movement. Whether helping clients navigate pregnancy and postpartum, manage menopause, or overcome injury and pain, Emily’s focus is simple — to help every client move with purpose, live with confidence, and age strong.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

I deliver Clinical Pilates programs that support a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on the pelvis, hips, and chronic or complex pain. My speciality is in women’s health across all life stages — including pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause, post-menopause. I often work with pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, SIJ pain, diastasis recti, hernias, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and cancer recovery. While women’s health is central to my practice, I also provide Clinical Pilates for men, children, and adolescents. My approach is whole-person and trauma-informed, integrating the nervous system and the neuroscience of pain to create highly individualised sessions that build strength, mobility, and confidence.

What conditions do you love to treat?

Pelvis, hips, chronic and complex pain.

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, life at home is loud and busy with my three young kids. I love curling up with them to read books (on the rare occasion they’re not arguing with each other!) and winding down in the evenings with my husband over Netflix.

I’m always happiest when I’m moving, whether that’s doing my own Pilates, yoga, or strength training sessions. And on the flip side, I treasure my rest — there’s nothing I enjoy more than a good night’s sleep or a relaxing massage.

My Personal Motto:

“Movement is medicine — and consistency is the prescription.”

Who is someone you admire and why?

My mum. She has endured so many years of severe pain and yet she still battles on. This year alone she has had seven surgeries on her left hip.

My most outstanding achievement:

That’s got to be my three beautiful children!
